What Makes Us Unique
Our services are designed for transition aged adults and adults with learning disabilities, mental health disorders and/or behaviours that challenge services. The Assure Healthcare Group offers a level of care and support that enhances every individual’s right to live to their full potential.
A safe, well-maintained environment
Assure Health Group provides a safe nurturing environment in which individual adults aged between 18 and 65 years can pursue their personal needs and aspirations amidst homely surroundings and with supportive, caring staff.
A care pathway will be developed and supervised to ensure that each service user is able to realise his or her full potential, with the reassurance that all support services are on hand, encouraging integration into community living whilst at the same time promoting choice and self-determination.
Approvals
All Assure Care Group services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure that our standards of care are safe, effective, caring, responsive to people’s needs and well-led.
Assure Healthcare Group (South) Ltd is registered under CQC for personal care with accommodation, and personal care.

Skills & Education
We set great store by personal development and learning opportunities afforded to our service users. The formation of individual care plans ensures that needs and skills can be discovered and encouraged with opportunities for practice and participation offered both within and outside the homes.
Training & Experience
Each of our care homes and supported living facilities are purpose-designed with the view that our cared-for individuals are Home for Life when they arrive at any Assure Healthcare service, no matter their stage in life.
Meet Our Team
John Dent
Chairman
John founded the True Care Group in the early1990’s, overseeing its growth into a 14- home business. His skills lie not just in developing the business side but also in nurturing the staff within the business. John will be instrumental in guiding Assure Health Care over the coming years, identifying areas for growth and opportunity whilst continuing to supervise the smooth running of the business and ensuring that the high standards envisaged for Assure will be maintained.
Mathew Dent
Managing Director
Matthew Dent is responsible for day to day operations to include management of the company’s finances, compliance with all regulatory statutes, supervision of AHG’s facilities’ care managers and general service user well being.
He has a lengthy history of business management in the care industry, having worked together with John for 10 years in TrueCare Group as its buyer across the enterprise and compliance liaison. Matt is also well versed in care home operations and understands service user needs and general care home management.
